Other Concurrent Projects

There are several similar studies & efforts happening in the Moapa Valley area.

Moapa Valley Open Space Study - Clark County has contracted with EDAW to conduct the Open Space Study for the BLM land earmarked for disposal on the east side of the valley.  Alta is sharing information and coordinating stakeholder meetings with EDAW. Phase I Trail Design – Clark County is in the process of contracting with a design firm to design the trails identified as "Phase I."   This trail was identified by the Moapa Valley Trails sub-committee a few years ago and was intended to connect the elementary and high school.
